Is Rizal a true hero?
To all Filipino or to those who knows Jose Rizal a national hero of the Philippines, I have a question do you really believe that Rizal a true hero? Well, we had a debate this in our School, but it just in the classroom, you know my teacher said that "is Rizal a true hero", then some of my classmates said "He is" and some are "He is not" including me... i really don't agree that Rizal is a true hero... Actually, for me i don't think so because if he is really a true hero he should face the problem of his country... and why should Rizal went to other country? does it help our country to obtain the free?And escaping a problem can solve for the justice? ... I prefer Andres Bonifacio to be our(Filipino) national hero because he really fight for our country and he also lead the people to gain the justice of country... Its really also grateful to know that Rizal is very genius and he wrote some dramatic poem and novel... but do you think his all novel are realistic? Especially, his popular novel Nole Mi Tangere and El Filibusterismo?. . . Some also my classmates that Rizal put it in one peso because without a one peso the one million bill won't complete and then I said it to them that, that is why Rizal put it in one peso because he is the only hero is cheap and effortless hero, he doesn't really did a good role in our country... well anyway, I'm not saying this to misjudge Rizal, in fact I was really amaze that he has a many profession... and not also to his works the history Filipinos won't awake from the bad intention of evil Spaniards
I have also a question...
Do you think Rizal regret what happened to him?
